How to get Your Ducks in a Row: Estate Planning and Long Term Care Planning
Thursday, April 25, 2019 7:30 pm - Please Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Deland Law Office
Located at: 1660 Washington Street, Holliston, MA 01746

So, is it time to get your ducks in a row?

Where should you start?

How about starting with an overview of what's involved?

At our seminar, you will get that overview -  a kind of whirlwind tour of estate planning and planning for health care.

In about an hour, I hope to help you understand what it means to really "get your ducks in a row," and why it is important..

I'll talk about some of the things that can go wrong: if you don't have a good plan in place.
Then I'll walk you through the process that we use with our clients:
  • Planning for Medical Decisions - Including Long-Term Care Costs.
  • Planning for Financial Decisions  during your  lifetime.
  • Putting other people on your accounts - the right way and the wrong way
  • The importance of positioning your assets so your plan can work.
  • Why and how most of our planning clients stay with us, and how we help them keep their planning "alive."
  • What you can do if you want to work with us, or even just get some of your more personal questions answered.
There will be cookies and coffee. The atmosphere is relaxed.

Even if you don't wind up working with us, we hope  you will leave with a better understanding of how you can protect yourself and your family.
